About Becky
Becky Urbany Irwin
A licensed Broker Associate, certified Marco Island Specialist, and Master Naturalist, she has the industry and local knowledge, experience and commitment to represent her sellers, buyers and commercial clients with professionalism and personal attention to each. She has been a year round Florida resident since 1980, having lived both in Marco Island as a child, Fort Lauderdale, and again on Marco Island. Becky comes to Keller Williams Realty from a twenty+ year career as a non-profit executive. Consistently ranked among the top 5 individual agents at Keller Williams Marco Island since 2017, and in the top 10% of agents in the Marco Island Association of Realtors, Becky has completed KW "BOLD" training 7 times and has served on the Agent Leadership Council and Finance Committee since 2017. She was a productivity coach and has been an investor in the Marco Island Market Center since 2020.
Past professional experience includes: Executive Director, Development Director and Volunteer Coordinator for a number of non-profit organizations, as well as board member and volunteer for numerous others, Becky is passionate about helping people. Her clients appreciate her personal attention, local knowledge and customized service.
Becky is a graduate of Florida State University, as are both her son and daughter. She owns a home near the beach and lives on Marco Island full time. She is member of the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors®, The Naples Board of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale and the Beaches.
